Highlands Creek Erosion Control Project, City of Carrollton
Freese and Nichols provided design improvements to address flooding and erosion along 3,984 feet of Highland Creek. The final design mitigated the erosion and maintained the integrity and beauty of the channel. The team also collected citizen input and developed and maintained a project Web site to provide stakeholders with updated project information.
