Multi-Campus Master Plan, Tarrant County College District

Freese and Nichols created a district-wide facilities master plan to guide the physical evolution of the campus. Services included planning, conceptual design, extensive stakeholder involvement, traffic and parking studies, energy audit, wayfinding and signage, strategic water-use and irrigation study, and utility mapping for each campus.
