Cindy Milrany, CPA

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer

Cindy Milrany joined Freese and Nichols in 1984 and was named the company’s first Chief Financial Officer in 1994. A Certified Public Accountant, Cindy manages all corporate functions except human resources and marketing, and oversees the company’s financial activities and customer-focused systems.

Cindy also leads strategic planning and the continuous improvement program, including Freese and Nichols’ successful pursuit of the Texas Award for Performance Excellence, the statewide version of the Malcolm Baldrige award.

Cindy is a graduate of Texas Christian University. In 2009, Cindy Milrany became Chairwoman of the Board of the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth. Cindy was selected in 2003 by the Fort Worth Business Press as one of the Great Women of Texas and honored with a Woman of Influence Award.
