Bergesen Named President-Elect of Texas Public Works Association, Southeast Branch
3 February, 2012Congratulations to Dorothy Bergesen, who was inducted in December as the 2012 President-Elect for the Southeast Branch of the Texas Chapter, American Public Works Association. Dorothy was selected by 2012 President, Eric Dargan from the City of Houston.
Dorothy has been an active member of Texas Public Works Association and served as Young Member Chair in 2011. She also helped initiate and implement a web-based event management system, Cvent, for the state chapter and all the branches. As a part of her new duties, Dorothy will serve on the membership committee member at the state level.
