Freese and Nichols is providing design services for the Town of Addison’s Surveyor 1.5-MG Elevated Storage Tank (EST), as well as a wind turbine study and analysis and construction services. This project will be a visual monument for the Town of Addison and a first-of-its-kind project for Freese and Nichols.
The Town of Addison's 1.5-MG EST is a unique project with a hemisphere tank bowl shape. This design includes sustainable features such as native landscaping and 10 wind turbines to be placed on top of the EST. Addison's 1.5-MG EST will be the first hemisphere tank bowl composite EST in Texas.
