Freese and Nichols' comprehensive team of environmental, stormwater, water quality and master planning professionals developed the Elm Fork Athletic Complex Master Plan to redevelop a closed landfill and provide the City of Dallas with new high quality soccer fields. The 160-acre master-planned park will be built around championship caliber soccer fields and features picnic areas, playgrounds, trails, and re-established natural vegetation.
The facility incorporates sustainable design concepts, including stormwater quality, rainwater harvesting, wastewater recycling, and the use of recycled material for construction.
