The TSU campus master plan provides a multi-year plan to address facility needs and the overall physical environment, providing a practical; yet aesthetically pleasing, campus while accommodating future growth through 2020. The plan’s detailed sections include growth projections and space needs, existing conditions and analysis maps, a project implementation plan, landscaping recommendations, campus sustainability, mechanical and electrical systems, technology systems infrastructure, wayfinding and signage, indirect cost breakdowns, and water, sewer, and gas systems.
At full build-out, the plan will feature a new campus entry, the development of campus “quads” and pedestrian malls, a new parking garage and the construction of a Special Events Center. The master plan recommends over 1.3 million gross square feet of new facilities at the main campus and agricultural center.
