Weatherford College Campus Master Plan

Freese and Nichols collaborated with Weatherford College to develop a strategic master plan, an academic master plan and a campus master plan for its five-county service area (Parker, Palo Pinto, Hood, Wise and Jack Counties).

The strategic master plan enabled Weatherford College to refine and enhance its mission. The academic master plan helped Weatherford College develop programs and course offerings based on the needs and interests of stakeholders in the five-county area. The campus master plan guided Weatherford College in developing the infrastructure and facilities to support the strategic and academic master plans.

The master plan included facility assessments, signage and wayfinding and a technology plan.
