
David Jackson
Water and Wastewater Treatment Engineer
David Jackson has been Project Manager, Senior Advisor and Design Engineer for more than $600 million in water/wastewater treatment projects. He has a comprehensive background in large-scale, multidiscipline treatment plant facility planning, design and construction management, fully recognizing the importance to plant owners of continued operation and regulatory compliance. As Freese and Nichols’ Treatment Practice Leader and a Vice President/Principal, David has played a major role in upgrades and expansions to some of the largest treatment plants in Texas and has a demonstrated understanding of designing smaller plants on limited budgets. He is a Board Certified Environmental Engineer and has served as President of the Water Environment Association of Texas and as a member of the Water Environment Federation’s House of Delegates.
