Water/Wastewater Planner

Jessica Brown enables municipal system owners to make fully informed investments in their infrastructure. She has managed water, wastewater and reclaimed water master plans and asset management programs for larger, complex systems and smaller service providers across Texas and the Southeastern U.S. This experience allows her to deliver prioritized Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs) built on industry best practices and each client’s specific growth and rehabilitation needs. She also regularly conducts workshops for utility staffs on modeling software selection. Jessica is an FNI Vice President/Principal and the firm’s Water/Wastewater Master Planning Practice Leader.
