Xi Zhao, a Water/Wastewater Treatment and Utilities Engineer in Houston, specializes in helping utilities supply safe drinking water to their customers. She has a strong background in  design, bench, and pilot studies for water treatment process selection and optimization, as well as plant operational assessment and procurement management. In addition to conventional water treatment, Xi also has experience designing desalination solutions for seawater and brackish water.
