The American Public Works Association presented the Public Works Project of the Year award to Jeff Payne for the Texoma-to-Wylie WTP Pipeline Extension. Freese and Nichols is pleased to announce that Mark Graves, P.E., a nationally recognized expert in membrane technology, is joining our water treatment and reuse team as a senior project manager in the Austin office.
