$500 Million Available Under TIGER Grant Program
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) published a Notice of Funding Availability for the Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) grant program. This grant program is providing $500 million in funding for transportation projects that have a significant impact on the nation, a metropolitan area or region. Projects can include highways, bridges, public transit, rail intermodal facilities, and marine and port investments.
