Aug. 27 WEF Webcast – Innovative Approaches to Financing and Funding Stormwater and Green Infrastructure Investments
The Water Environment Federation is hosting a free webcast on Wednesday, Aug. 27, titled “Innovative Approaches to Financing and Funding Stormwater and Green Infrastructure Investments” from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Central).
The webcast, worth 2 PDH credits, will cover three alternatives to traditional funding streams for stormwater infrastructure investment, and will be delivered by thought-leaders in this space. Topics covered will include community-based public-private partnerships for green infrastructure investment, innovative incentive grant programs to spur green stormwater infrastructure implementation on private properties, and stormwater retention trading.
The webcast will be moderated by Tracy Mehan, Adjunct Professor, School of Law at George Mason University. Speakers will include:
