Defining Sustainability

As people across the globe join together to celebrate Earth Day, many minds often turn to how we can make a difference and make the world a better place to live. For Freese and Nichols, improving quality of life is a topic on our minds daily. While our projects and employees embrace sustainability in a variety of ways, through low-impact development, reuse, energy efficiency, and other means, we are linked by a single, uniting interpretation.

Freese and Nichols demonstrates a comprehensive approach to sustainability in all of our work. Through our focus on sustainable initiatives, we strive to satisfy present needs, while preserving the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. It encompasses everything we do, as a company and for our clients, from technical projects to corporate processes, so we can be responsible stewards of our community, environment and finances.

Sustainability is one of the principles acknowledged in our Corporate Responsibility. You can read about a selection of our sustainable efforts on our Corporate Responsibility blog and subscribe to receive email updates.
