WaterSMART Grant Funding Available for Water and Energy Efficiency Projects

The Bureau of Reclamation has announced three opportunities for funding under the 2018 WaterSMART Program.

Projects submitted for funding should seek quantifiable water savings and complement ongoing efforts to address water supply reliability and sustainability. The program is limited to projects located in the Western United States or United States Territories.

The estimated total program funding varies per grant program. Applicants can receive up to $1 million depending on the program with a required 50 percent cost-share. The application deadlines vary.
