The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is now requesting project information forms to be considered for the Clean and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds for the 2018 State Fiscal Year. This program provides funding for water and wastewater infrastructure projects include storm/flood water. The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) announced that it will open the application period for the 2017 funding cycle of the State Water Implementation Fund for Texas (SWIFT) program on December 1. Entities may submit applications until February 3, 2017 using TWDB’s abridged online application or by paper-copy.

As a reminder, to be eligible for SWIFT funding, projects must be included in the 2017 State Water Plan.
