The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) announced that it will open the application period for the 2017 funding cycle of the State Water Implementation Fund for Texas (SWIFT) program on December 1. Entities may submit applications until February 3, 2017 using TWDB’s abridged online application or by paper-copy.

As a reminder, to be eligible for SWIFT funding, projects must be included in the 2017 State Water Plan.
