The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) has provided an update on the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) application process. At this time, the categories for which DWSRF funding has been spoken include disadvantaged communities, very small communities, and green projects. Funds are still available in the mainstream DWSRF. Congratulations to Texas Water Development Board Executive Administrator Melanie Callahan, who was named Administrator of the Year by the Texas State Agency Business Administrator's Association (TSABAA). Ms. Callahan was named TWDB's interim executive administrator in March 2011 and executive administrator in December 2011.
