Daniel Harrison and Chelsea Irby, both Urban Planning and Design, Dallas, presented at the Student Planning Association (SPA) meeting on Wednesday, April 1, at the University of Texas at Arlington. They shared some of their work experience as urban planners at Freese and Nichols.
