Cris Weber Elected to ASBPA National Board

Cris Weber has been named to the National Board of Directors for the American Shore and Beach Preservation Association.

Cris was elected at the the ASBPA National Coastal Conference last month in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Additionally, Kelsey Calvez and Juan Moya​ presented at the conference. There were more than 600 attendees from all aspects of coastal disciplines: engineering, science, policy, planning, academia and personal interests.

The ASBPA is dedicated to preserving, protecting and enhancing our coasts by merging science and public policy, and often refers to four inter-connected core values for healthy, sustainable and resilient coastal systems.
