Doug Herbst To Serve on Design-Build National Board

Doug Herbst has been selected to serve on the Certification Board of Directors of the Design-Build Institute of America​.  

Doug’s appointment was formally approved at the annual Design-Build Conference and Expo​ last week in Philadelphia.

Doug starts his three-year term Jan. 1.

Doug is one of the pioneers who developed the public-private partnership concept for the water and wastewater industry in the United States.

Doug is a Collaborative Project Delivery Advisor in our Houston office. Congrats on the appointment, Doug!
