Freese and Nichols Leaders Present Baldrige Journey at Quest for Excellence 2025

Freese and Nichols business leaders and experts will share performance management best practices for leaders from various business sectors at the 2025 Quest for Excellence Conference, the official conference of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, Sunday, March 30 – Wednesday, April 2 in Baltimore, MD. Hosted by the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the annual conference brings together Baldrige Award recipients and other high-performing organizations to share solutions for organizations to achieve breakthrough performance in areas including leadership, strategy, customers, workforce and operations.

As a two-time Baldrige Award recipient, we’ll share insights about meeting goals through strategic planning, sustaining long-term client relationships and achieving financial resilience.
