Attend the virtual Open Enrollment meeting hosted by FNI on November 4 or November 6.
Download the MyPerks app if you haven’t already.
Please keep in mind that if you don’t complete open enrollment, most of your current health and insurance coverages will continue in 2025. However, your Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care, and Health Savings Account (HSA) will not continue unless you re-enroll.
To ensure the highest quality service for the lowest cost, the carrier for our ancillary benefits will be changing to Symetra. Symetra products include life, accident, critical illness, short term medical leave, long term disability, and the employee assistance program.
For the Employee Assistance Program, there will be an increase in the number of visits per issue (from three to five).
Vision insurance will now be provided by VSP.
Dental insurance will now be provided by Delta Dental. Instead of just one Base plan, we will also be offering a Dental Buy-Up plan, which will provide higher coverage percentages than the Base plan option.
Our partnership with Alight Health Pros will be ending. Instead, we will have the MMA Service Center available for employees needing assistance with claims or benefits questions.
What's the Same
BlueCross BlueShield will continue to provide our medical coverage.
Despite changes in carrier, there will be no changes in coverage for the following: vision, basic life and AD&D, voluntary life, short term medical leave, long term disability, accident and critical illness insurance.
IDShield and LegalShield will continue to provide identity protection and access to legal aid.
All benefits-eligible employees will continue to have access to Keeper Security, a password locker for personal and professional use.
Nationwide will continue to provide pet insurance.
WEX will continue to manage our FSA/HSA accounts.
What’s New
This year we’re pleased to announce the addition of Hospital Indemnity insurance to our wide range of benefits. Hospital indemnity insurance can help with the cost of your stay, giving you and your family some peace of mind.
Hospital indemnity insurance pays a fixed dollar amount per day for services and supplies you receive during a hospital stay, up to a maximum number of days each year. Stays in a mental health, substance abuse, or nursing facility are also covered.
We are offering a new online tool called Nayya to help you navigate the benefits decision-making process.
FNI will be increasing the company contribution to the Health Savings Account (HSA) for those enrolled in the HDHP.
