Title: Regional Planning in Eastern Oklahoma County
When: 4:15-5:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 1
Presenters: Erica Craycraft-Bartlett, AICP, Project Manager, Freese and Nichols; Ray Poland, Mayor, Town of Jones & Chairman, Eastern Oklahoma County Partnership; Tim Hight, Executive Director, Eastern Oklahoma County Partnership
What: Learn about a joint planning effort by the Cities of Choctaw, Harrah, Jones, Luther, and Nicoma Park, which range in population from 1,200 to 12,000. These communities will be directly affected by the Eastern Oklahoma County Corridor turnpike. The plan allows all five small communities to see the “Big Picture” in connecting trails, streets, and developing a partnership between all the communities.
