Southeast Division Manager
Jeff Taylor is a Vice President/Principal and the firm’s Southeast Texas Division Manager. Jeff has 39 years of experience in both the public and private sector, previously working for a public engineering firm as a consultant in Houston for about 20 years and then for the City of Houston in the Department of Public Works for nine years. Specifically, Jeff has experience with planning, design, and permitting of water, wastewater, drainage and transportation projects. As the current Southeast Division Manager at Freese and Nichols, Jeff has grown the Houston office to nearly 150 employees working in all business lines.
Jeff is currently a chairman of the Buffalo Bayou Partnership board as well as the Treasurer for the Alliance for Water Efficiency. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Rice University.
