For Chesapeake Midstream (now Access Midstream), Freese and Nichols helped three departments within the larger operation of Chesapeake Energy to coordinate their work more efficiently. The team automated the process of updating project schedules and created a powerful tool to manage up to 300 projects across three departments. Now project changes are made in an hour versus eight hours manually. This innovative approach increased efficiency and coordination of projects, resulting in significant time and cost savings.
