Freese and Nichols continues building our Florida team with the addition of Senior Project Manager Tom Cross, PE, Assoc. DBIA, to lead transmission, utilities and pump station projects for municipal clients across the Southeast.

He also is skilled in helping municipalities engage and inform their residents about major capital projects through public meetings and project information websites.

“Tom brings us solid technical and project management expertise,” Freese and Nichols Florida Group Manager Tony Pevec said. “He’ll also add his leadership skills to our team as a quality control reviewer, senior advisor and mentor.”

Tom is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Florida, Alabama and Georgia and is credentialed as an Associate DBIA by the Design-Build Institute of America. For almost a decade, he has taught as an adjunct instructor at the University of South Florida.
