The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has adopted an updated Standard Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets, and Bridges as of November 1, 2014. Please note that projects to be reviewed by TxDOT letting in January 2015 or later will require the use of the 2014 Specifications.
