The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is now requesting Letters of Interest for water infrastructure projects from state, local, and tribal governments; private entities; partnerships; and State Revolving Fund programs across the country for consideration under the new Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) program.
