Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) is more often recognized for its water supply and flood protection efforts, but the District is also in charge of providing recreation for the beautiful Trinity Trail system. The 2011 Zoning Ordinance for the City of Frisco received the Current Planning Award from the Texas Chapter of the American Planning Association. The Urban Planning team of Daniel Harrison (PM), Dan Sefko and Erica Craycraft worked on updating the ordinance for Frisco.
