The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) announced Wednesday on their website that the TCEQ Commissioners unanimously appointed Richard A. Hyde, P.E., to succeed Zak Covar as TCEQ Executive Director starting Wednesday, January 15, 2014.

The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) announced on their website that Kevin Patteson has been named its new executive administrator.

From the article: " 'Kevin Patteson has the skill set and experiences that will help us move the State Water Plan forward and help our regional water planning groups prioritize water management strategies and projects,' said Board Chairman Carlos Rubinstein.
