Kelly Dillard

Please join me in welcoming Jim Keith as our new Stormwater manager in Dallas.

Jim brings a wealth of technical leadership skills and in-depth expertise in water resources planning and design projects.

A well-respected leader with almost two decades of technical and managerial experience, Jim has national-level proficiency in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) programs, which will bolster our ability to support a variety of North Texas municipalities and water districts.

“Given the North Texas area’s growing demand for flood-mitigation and stormwater management, we are eager for Jim to help expand our Dallas team and to provide his knowledge on highly nuanced FEMA and water resources issues,” said Scott Hubley, Stormwater, Fort Worth. “Not only is Jim an excellent fit culturally, his professional experience and reputation both regionally and nationally will provide valuable opportunities for us to expand our capabilities.”

Jim has extensive experience in project management and business development and has overseen a variety of water resources planning and design projects, including flood risk management, dam and levee evaluation, and flood warning systems.

He is certified as both a professional engineer and a floodplain manager and has a proven track record of delivering efficient solutions for complex projects throughout North Texas.
