We have more than 60 professionals with LEED or Envision certifications from the U.S. Green Building Council and Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure.

Architecture

Freese and Nichols’ architecture team brings synergy to each team and partnership, collaborating on a variety of facilities to achieve an aesthetically appealing form and utilitarian function. Our understanding of the complexities that can arise on projects and our experience in providing effective solutions allows us to meet your needs. Services range from initial planning through design and construction while leading projects for the Freese and Nichols’ Facilities team and also teaming with the firm’s engineering groups.

Our architects and engineers work together to establish optimal use of space, accommodate activities and equipment, and comply with regulatory authorities. Our multidisciplinary team also considers environmental impact, working to minimize a project’s impact on its surroundings.
