JaNette Bridgewater focuses on all aspects of Freese and Nichols employees’ well-being, leading reinforcement of our core values and culture, training and development of our professionals, and recruitment and retention of talented employees dedicated to serving our clients and communities. Her experience with innovative global HR strategies strengthens our ability to serve our clients across the nation.

Since joining Freese and Nichols in 2019, JaNette has spearheaded the modernization of the firm’s HR processes to better support employees and the company’s growth and success. This has included adopting a single HR platform to streamline functions, overhauling the employee handbook and benefit offerings, expanding our award-winning internal Talent Acquisition team, and evolving our internal training program to a full-service organization with greater options for in-house career development.

JaNette plays a key role in our firm’s strategic planning and various initiatives to help employees thrive. She serves on the Strategic Planning Committee, helping guide our vision and growth. And as HR liaison to our Voices Committee and Employee Resource Groups, she works on implementing recommendations to promote an inclusive and welcoming work environment, increase employee engagement and promote our LEADS values.

JaNette received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
