Since opening our Greenville, South Carolina, office on April 1, 2024, with a single employee, Freese and Nichols has grown into a multidisciplinary team serving clients statewide.

This growth reflects a deliberate approach to support South Carolina, one of the fastest-growing states in the U.S. We’re developing a team focused on building trust, understanding local needs and hiring professionals with the right mix of expertise to support communities across the state. As a result, Freese and Nichols continues to build momentum with both clients and prospective team members.
A Growing Team and Expanding Expertise
Our team reflects a range of experience and technical capabilities:

Forest Hunt, Transmission and Utilities established the Greenville office and continues to guide its development. His work laid the groundwork for Freese and Nichols’ presence in the region and helped position the team for continued growth.

Jason Eppley, Southeast U.S. Division Manager, brings more than 30 years of experience delivering infrastructure and transportation projects in South Carolina. He supports regional strategy, client relationships and operational alignment as our South Carolina presence continues to expand.

Jenelle Ostrowski, Senior Program Manager, contributes experience in leading complex infrastructure programs and supports clients with program delivery, improving organization structure and developing technical frameworks for projects.

Landon Gregory, Transmission and Utilities, provides technical support in water infrastructure inspection, GPS field verification and civil site design.

Matthew Sprouse, Stormwater and Environmental Services, adds expertise in permitting, regulatory compliance and environmental field services, supporting project delivery across the region.

Lance Estep, Urban Planning and Design, brings more than 20 years of experience working with communities on planning, transportation and funding strategies.
They will continue to grow this year with the addition of new engineers and a summer intern, who will provide fresh perspectives, additional project support and contribute to the continued growth and success of the office.
