Senior Construction Manager

Freese and Nichols is currently searching for a senior construction engineer with a minimum of 10 years’ experience to lead and manage our construction engineering business line with DOT type clients (TxDOT, Toll Road Authorities, etc.). This person will be responsible and accountable for the business development, pursuit, and execution of DOT freeway and highway construction projects. In addition, this person will also manage the following functional areas: construction contract administration, quality control, estimating, field inspection, cost management, schedule management, change management and personnel management.
