Working with our Central Texas, North Texas and Western U.S. regions, Melissa supports employees in multiple Freese and Nichols service groups, including:

A trusted adviser for employees and company leaders, Melissa provides support and a listening ear, making people feel heard and valued.  She leads the charge, celebrating employees’ personal and professional achievements and leaves a lasting positive impression on those she engages with.

Jacque St. Don, Freese and Nichols Human Resources Manager, who nominated Melissa for this year’s award, had this to say about her:

“Melissa embodies the highest standard of professionalism and dedication by consistently going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.

“She is a true asset to FNI and a shining example of excellence in client service.”

Here’s a portion of what Wade Zemlock, electrical group manager in Fort Worth, said about Melissa:

“Melissa not only establishes and maintains a trusting relationship with the GMs she serves, but also everyone in the groups. She will spend the extra time getting to know people on more than just the professional level and relate to people on a personal level. She understands the importance of using personal relationships to build trust and how she can leverage that during difficult conversations and situations.”

Chris Trevino, Central Texas Assistant Division Manager, added:

“She brings a positive and compassionate attitude to all her clients, consistently providing exceptional service.

“Human Resource needs can often be challenging. A strong partner and friend can make navigating these challenges less of an obstacle, while positioning our leadership team for success and high employee engagement.”
