Three Projects Win Awards from Texas APWA

Three of our clients — City of Sherman, City of Cleburne and Bexar County — took home Public Works Project of the Year awards from the Texas chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) for water, wastewater and roadway infrastructure improvements that were much needed for their rapidly growing communities.
