ACEC NC Recognizes Chapel Hill Project

The American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of North Carolina presented the Town of Chapel Hill and Freese and Nichols with an Honors Award for the Town’s Bond & Capital Program Management project.

Chapel Hill Public Works Director Lance Norris, and Division Manager Mike Wayts accepted the award at a dinner celebration Nov. 8.

Also attending were Morgan McIlwain, Project Manager, and Account Director Charles Archer, along with Chapel Hill staff Bill Webster, Planning and Development Manager; Megan Dale, Public Works Management Analyst; and Sara Hancock, Business Management Budget Analyst.
