Diane Glass Joins Federal Team as Account Director
Freese and Nichols has added Diane Glass, PE, PMP, to our federal team as an Account Director to help develop business solutions for clients across our service regions.
Her more than 30 years of experience includes leadership on federal military, environmental and civil works projects. Diane managed teams on multimillion-dollar federal programs. She also developed partnerships through the Small Business Administration’s mentor-protégé program.
Diane has expertise in managing large military, environmental and facilities sustainment, restoration and modernization programs, including 12 years in key roles with the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence in San Antonio. She also developed and implemented risk management plans for complex, multimillion-dollar projects.
“Diane has extensive knowledge about the needs of federal clients and has built strong relationships with multiple agencies, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force Civil Engineering Center, Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Agency,” Federal Program Director Jeff Scarborough said. “Her depth of experience will give us even more tools for successfully delivering large federal programs.”
Diane is a licensed Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional. She is a member of the Project Management Institute and is active in the Society of American Military Engineers, where she serves on the SAME San Antonio Chapter’s board of directors as scholarship committee director and assistant treasurer.
She received her MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University and her bachelor’s in geology from Texas A&M University.
