Freese and Nichols teamed with JDS, Inc. for the Design-Build project execution of the Fulton-Cobb Diversion Line and Pump Station. This presentation gives owner, Fulton County Department of Public Works Director, David Clark, P.E., and design consultant, Freese and Nichols, Will Hackett, P.E., perspectives on fixed-price design-build project delivery as well as lessons learned, using the Fulton-Cobb project as a case study for this delivery method.
