Fortune Lists Freese and Nichols Among Texas’ Best Workplaces
Fortune Magazine and Great Place to Work have honored Freese and Nichols as one of the 2024 Best Workplaces in Texas, ranking us No. 13. This is the sixth time we have been named to the prestigious list and our first time in the large companies classification.
The ranking considered nearly 95,000 responses from employees at Texas-based companies. Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions and the camaraderie among the team.
The Best Workplaces in Texas list is highly competitive. Rankings are based on employees’ feedback and reward companies that include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization. 96% of our employees said Freese and Nichols is a great place to work — in contrast with 57% at a typical U.S.-based company.
