Fortune Lists Freese and Nichols Among Texas’ Best Workplaces
Great Place to Work and Fortune Magazine have honored Freese and Nichols as one of the 2023 Best Workplaces in Texas. Freese and Nichols was ranked among small and medium companies, and this is the fifth time being named to the prestigious list, coming in at No. 18.
The ranking considered more than 100,000 responses from Texas-based employees. Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team.
The Best Workplaces in Texas list is highly competitive. Rankings are based on employees’ feedback and reward companies that include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization. 93% of the firm’s employees said Freese and Nichols is a great place to work — in contrast with 57% at a typical U.S.-based company.
The Best Workplaces in Texas is one of a series of rankings by Great Place to Work based on employee feedback from Great Place to Work-Certified organizations. In 2022, Freese and Nichols was also ranked among Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services nationwide as well as Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Texas.
