Freese and Nichols Ranked No. 4 Among Best Medium Workplaces in Texas
Great Place to Work has honored Freese and Nichols as one of the 2021 Best Workplaces in Texas. We took the No. 4 spot among small and medium companies, and this is our third time to be ranked among the top five in the state.
The ranking is based on analysis of more than 73,000 survey responses from Texas-based employees at companies statewide. Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team.
In our 2020 survey, which was conducted last spring, 96% of our employees said Freese and Nichols is a great place to work — in contrast with 59% at a typical U.S.-based company. View our scores and full profile here.
