HEC-RAS Version 5.0.3 Released

The USACE has released a new version of HEC-RAS that supersedes versions 5.0.1 and 5.0.2 (which was withdrawn due to major bugs). The new version fixes several bugs and includes new and improved features like culvert inlet/ outlet control, using 2D flow equations at lateral structures, flow and volume time series output for profile lines in RAS Mapper, and profile line point and tick marks.
