We know complying with federal and state regulations can be challenging, so our environmental engineers, geoscientists and scientists stay up to date on requirements and seek out opportunities to reduce the burdens on your project. Our knowledge of regulatory program requirements can help you minimize risk of non-compliance and/or enforcement actions. If you have fleet vehicle maintenance facilities, back-up generators, fuel or other chemical storage, there may be ongoing compliance requirements and reporting required. FNI has worked with many clients across the U.S. to help them identify the permit, inspection and reporting requirements for their facilities.

Assessment and Remediation

FNI’s environmental team is well versed in the environmental assessment and remediation requirements across the areas we serve. We have performed risk-based assessments and cleanups that help teams develop an approach for remediation or property redevelopment. Our teams have conducted extensive affected property assessments and prepared construction documents to implement a wide range of remedial techniques.
